Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10-15 minutes | Serves: 4
1 pound grass-fed ground beef
2-3 tablespoons green onions, chopped (white and light green parts only)
2-3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2-3 tablespoons basil, chopped
⅓ cup kale, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Optional for serving: lettuce wraps, salad, sautéed or roasted veggies of choice, etc.
1.) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Shape into 4 evenly sized patties and cook to your preference. Serve in lettuce wraps or on top of a salad with any desired sides.
