Woodall’s truly believes that no one fitness program fits every size, shape or person. And that in order for you to be successful, the program must be sustainable. We offer a suite of classes & personal training to fit the lifestyle and fitness level of any person! 300 is our go at your own pace class! Every Monday at 6:30pm, we get the blood moving in our bodies and then go hard doing circuit training for an hour. 300 is a great class for all fitness levels.
Our bootcamps are on Saturday mornings at 9am. This is class is different every Saturday and is taught by different trainers every time. You will get your heart rate up, tone some muscle, sweat it out and feel the burn. Good for all fitness levels.
Beast is a class where we combine kettlebells, boxing and abs all in to one class! Great class for anyone who wants to mix up their training!
Zumba is our amazing dance class where you can sweat off those inches dancing to awesome Brazilian and salsa music!. All fitness levels welcome!
Youth Sports Conditioning
Our Youth Sports Conditioning program is a class for young athletes, ages 8-16, that teaches them skills to improve their athleticism. Special attention will be paid to learning the proper technique, using correct form and helping each child build their physical & mental skill set. Unlike our other classes, this particular class is by appointment only so that we can tailor the class to the correct age group and have enough staff on hand.
What is Small Group?
Our small group classes are like personal training, except you are paired with no more than 3 people of a similar fitness level. We keep the ratio at 3 clients to 1 trainer so that we can give you the extra attention you need.
Rockin Small Group
This small group is for women who are interested in maintaining their results from our Rck Your Jeans program or who are interested in taking their fitness to the next level with other like minded and fitness orientated women! If you aren’t satisified with your current results, you will be when you leave! By appointment only, Tuesday and Friday evenings.
Women's Weight Lifting
This small group is for women who would like to learn more about achieving results through lifting weights. By appointment only, Wednesday evening at 5:30pm.
Youth Sports Small Group
Our Youth Sports Small Group meets on Monday at 6pm and Wednesday at 6pm. This is a great small group for athletes who would like to improve their athletic ability both in season and off season training. By appointment only.
Rugby Team Small Group
This is for our current Rugby players who are a part of the Clayton Bootleggers and the Clayton Copperheads. Woodall’s Fitness and Performance is a proud sponsor of these Rugby teams! This small group is designed to improve physical ability as well as team spirit.

Personal training at Woodall’s is a 100% customizable program to help you achieve your goals. Our trainers are invested in you and will motivate you and hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself.
What Can I Expect?
At your first visit, we will evaluate your fitness level and ability and do a short workout. We’ll talk about goal setting and what you hope to get out of personal training. Every session after that will be about helping you reach your goals. We’ll keep the workouts varied and fun, but every thing we do will be focused on helping you get where you want to be.
Who will be my Trainer?
Unless you have a personal preference for a specific trainer, we will pair you with a trainer that can help you reach your goals. Our trainers all have slightly different experiences that make them great to work with and as you reach new levels or find your goals changing, you trainer will adjust their program or work with other trainers to help you succeed.
