Yoga Classes
During the first week, learn yoga basics. Successive weeks will add more information about yoga and postures. Each week will be a mixture of discussion, postures and relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. There will be extra mats available for use, however, I do recommend that you get your own. Easy to find at Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, WalMart for less than $15.00. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely, yet not so loose it will flop over your head. Bring a blanket to cover yourself with during relaxation. Do not eat 2-3 hours before class.
