 Our location just outside of Clayton, NC in the Parkway Village Shopping Center allows clients to visit a comfortable training facility and enjoy all the benefits of a gym without the wait. We are located on Hwy 42 East of Clayton.
The studio features our signature BowFlex equipment and adds various other activities and equipment for our clients.
Fitness training is not the same for everyone. People respond differently to each exercise - and our location is equipped to deal with any training need. With equipment ranging from simple dumbells to state of the art cardiovascular equipment, we are prepared to meet your needs.
