Qualifications
James Woodall received his personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, one of the nation's most prestigious training programs.
He graduated from UNLV in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Sports Management with an emphasis in Kinesiology. James is also a member of IDEA , a leading professional fitness association designed to provide the most up-to-date fitness information.
James' education is backed with 10 years in fitness training experience and two years of rehabilitation training through a clinic in which he was a Rehab Specialist.
James has also contributed fitness articles for various magazines including Las Vegas Golf Magazine and Martial Arts Training Magazine. He has been featured on a Las Vegas NBC News affiliate as a weekly fitness consultant.
Currently, James is a contributing writer for the local Glen Laurel Newsletter in Clayton,NC. He contributes health and fitness articles to the newsletter. He also advertises there as well.
James and WFT have been locally (North Carolina) featured in The Smithfield Herald, The Clayton News Star, and WTVD-TV among others.
James is also a volunteer firefighter in the Thanksgiving Fire District. He has been training for the last year or so and became a full-fledged fireman in January 2005. James feels that he would like to return something to the area that has been so generous to his family through their time here.
