Golfswings are frequently requested areas for improvement at Woodall'sWhere will I actually train?
WFT travels directly to your home, office or any other suitable location. We bring the gym directly to you. WFT is currently opening up a brand new facility in Clayton, NC if you are more comfortable in a "gym" setting.

Do I need any special equipment?
No, WFT uses the Bowflex Power Pro as it's signature piece of equipment. Hydro-tone equipment is used if there is a pool available and as well, we also have free weights available.

What exercises will be assigned?
Each client receives an original exercise prescription based upon a health history questionaire that is filled out at the first session. The exercises will take into account a clients abilities as well as preferences to provide a stimulating workout that never gets boring while still achieving maximum results for every client.

Are there any age limits?
No. WFT works with clients of all ages - there is no sweet spot so to speak. Anybody can benefit from good health and routines for any age, goal, fitness level or motivational level can be established. WFT can work as successfully with children and teens to develop peak performance targeted towards a particular sport as it can an older person looking to maintain good flexibility and strength.

What is your area of operation?
WFT ranges from the Smithfield / Clayton area to Raleigh and North Raleigh. If you live outside of these areas and are interested in working with WFT, please contact us to see if we can accomodate your needs. If you do live outside our available areas, you may consider meeting us at our location at your convenience.

Scuba requires a solid level of healthHow about special pricing?
In some cases WFT can offer special pricing - you will need to contact us directly for pricing for your particular situation. Each situation is different. WFT can work with insurance companies depending on the circumstances.

How about group sessions?
Certainly. Remember that the program is usually administered in the client home or office and adequate room will be needed for all group participants.

What hours are available?
WFT is available according to client needs. WFT is flexible.

Tennis requires flexibility, strength and enduranceCan we just meet at a gym?
Some people may want the gym atmosphere for whatever reasons (distance, schedules, locations). In those cases, provided the gym allows you to have your own personal trainer, WFT can meet you directly at a gym of your choosing or you can meet WFT at our location in Clayton, NC.

Do you work with other professionals?
(i.e. Doctors, Rehab Centers, Physical Thereapists)

Yes. WFT works directly with several of these specialists and companies - particularly when doing rehab work. As a note, James worked with Olsten Kimberly Quality Care in Las Vegas as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Olsten Kimberly is a rehabilitation company that travels to and assists in rehabilitation directly in the client's home.
