Boot Camp takes a break! With summer and vacations, James thinks that everyone may already have enough on their plate for the rest of the summer. Boot Camp is going to kick off again in early fall - check back here or ask James for more info.
So what IS Boot Camp? Do you want to get into shape but not sure you can commit to an every day or every other day schedule? How about starting with a simple Thursday evening class? For just half an hour at 6:30 pm? Perfect time to get home from work, slap on some sweats and head over to WFT!
James is going to start this initially as a half hour session. His expectation is that it might take a bit to whip everyone into shape to do much more than that! Eventually, the class will end up being a full hour. To start off with, James ask that you bring a : water bottle, towel, yoga mat or any comfortable floor mat for doing ground exercises. The cost of the bootcamp is $5 per person for the first 30 min. Contact James for more info on what is going to be offered during these sessions - besides starting your year getting in shape!
